Charging the accused for investigations...

Now here's the deal..those who investigated and tried prosecuting Case Anthony want to charge for the expenses involved during it all. Now, I'm not here to revisit the trial and how it ended... others better then me have done that... all I will mention is whether she was really guilty or not, the prosecution did not prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. In this case, the jury actually did its job and the fault lie with the investigators and prosecutors... who after the trial was done and over with were found to have kept spouting numbers that an expert had notified them well before the trial ended were erroneous and etc... something they should have notified the defense and courts of in all honesty and by law.
Now, in US criminal trials the burden of proof lies with the prosecution, not the defense... and even though Case Anthony basically screwed herself with her actions after her daughter came up missing and in the following police interviews, they messed up the investigation and decided to take it to trial without following simple and basic rules of doing so. First and foremost motive, opportunity, weapon or means, and etc... beyond a reasonable doubt... which they utterly failed to do trying to build a case out of unproven conjecture and etc.... they did not have to take the case to trial when they did or arrest her until they could have laid any of these doubts to rest and now, since they screwed up want to charge her few it.
That is wrong, a jury proclaimed her innocence, as per the law and directions given about deciding such things... so to make her pay because none of the Law Enforcement agencies involved did their jobs correctly, nor prosecuting attormeys, they want to make her pay because they failed to use tax payers money wisely and etc. This is along thelines of you going to traffic court of a ticket, winning the case, but the police, DA, and etc.. sending you a bill for the costs of everyone involved in the case...the time they were paid for and etc. In other words, it smacks of men and women who because they lost, trying to make the winner pay for it anyway...all because she and others may actually proffit from everything via books, films, and etc. Hell, by the way our laws are written, because she was found innocent of the main charges, she now has a right to sue all those who had publicly convicted her before and since, if they do not apologise...something all those ranting and raving about how she was guilty and shoud be shot or killed for it need to stop and think about.
The Supreme Court recently ruled in a case where the prosecuters in fact acted illegaly and etc... that the victim... the person being wrongfully convicted and railroaded into jail, couldn't sue them ad should received no monetary rewards..basically giving all prosecutors a green light tolie and cheat in court cases and railroad people into jail..and now they attempt to monetarily punish those deemed innocent in trials also... stop and think about that.
Fact, every criminal case taken to trial is expensive, hence why DA's, SA's, and even FA's prefer plea bargains. Case Anthony was originally arrested and held 3 years ago... now arrests are not supposed to be made in cases like this unless they are sure they have the evidence needed to convict someone...after that point it should be the defenses job to try and counter that evidence...hence the exchange of information between the two sides... amazingly enough, if juries did their job correctly, this should not be the case... but is. The burden of proof rests with the prosecution and a learned jury should realise this and realise it is supposed to beyond a reasonable doubt. But prosecutors twist this around and paint unhelpful or even confused...and most people questioned by the police are confused... the police does that so they can keep the off balanced. her main mistake was saying anything.
You have the right to remain silent and when dealing with the police should keep that right dear and next to your heart no matter what they say or threaten. They get the advantage in court..the tapes they make or videos are not usually used in court unless it advances their cause, not yours. Cops have admitted publicly (check youtbe onthe subject of dealing with police and your rights) they takenotes and erase the tapes..only reporting what they want to...and are rarely called on it. basically they get to pick and choose what words of yours they report and tell..even in court when challenged they can say..I don't recall, or I'd have to check mynotes..of course since theye ditted those to advance their testimony, they can't find it. Silence is not an admission of guilt and keeps them from using your own words against you in court or to confuse you into sounding contradictory...they are not actually out to catch the bad guys, but to "solve" the crime...and are prone to telescopic vision and centering their sights on the wrong people for reasons even they do not understand sometimes.. It can be racial, it can because of a generation gap, they didn't like an attitude, envy, or any number of subconcious reasons...which they call their gut...which they'd follow over the evidence anyday...
This does happen more often then not...they have a gut feeling or hunch about someone or something..and build the case against them instead of looking at the real evidence. case Anthone daughter showed no signs of trauma on her decomposed body... Now the me's and coroner's said the body was to decomposed to tell anything... yet Tv shows often show them finding signs from bodies dead for years.... So the autopsy peple were not as through as they could be... Now smoteringand etc may not show up..but traua would, even on decomposed tissue...and even drowning would..chances are they just didn't use everything available. They had some duct tape..now i don't know about you guys..but I've had the sam roll of duct tape for years..and yes they can match tool marks from cutting it, teeth marks from tearing with your teeth and etc...even what handed you are and etc when tearing it...this stuff is not mythical but real things they could do. the trunk of the car stunk...they could match particles from itto the body by carefully checking it and the soil around where it was recovered...so on and etc. The trunk would have shown signs of bacteria and etc associated with decomposing bodies and the gases the body releases...... The investigation was screwed up physical evidence wise.. because those gatheringthe evidence was messed... the evidence supposedly found on the computer about her searching numerous times for howto do it was a mistake..instead of the however many times, a computer expert recheck the programs used, found errors and discovered such a site was visitted only once...and then notified the prosecution, who never chaged the evidence about such they were presenting nor notified the defense... even using it in the closing a week after being notified by him. Why should she, who has been proclaimed innocent by a jury of her peers have to pay for the foul ups of the crimnal way it was investigated and prosecuted... Sounds like another case of illegal double jeopardy..just like the OJ Simpson civil case... he was exxonerated in court..and yet was sued civilly for basically murder...which is illegal...that civil case should have never been allowed. yeah, he was probably guilty as shit, but still llegal. This is why prosecution is not supposed to take cases to court they are not sure they can win...these investigators and prosecuters knew they did not have all the facts necessary to win a case by the criteria imposed on juries, but figured they could sway the jury emotionally which was wrong. The law and criminal proceedings are about facts..not eotions, which too many lawyers have forgotten, onethis jury did not... fact is they took a gamble and failed and ruined any chance of later on being able to prosecute her again if new evidence comes to light... and because they screwed up and their egos can not accept this, want to make her pay for it monetarily...when they are responsible for the waste of that money and no one else is, especially not her, who all but gave them a case they ruined.
