Drug testing welfare recepients...

Okay we know Florida started drug testing those asking for temperary financial aid because the Governor  said it's mainly those who use.... here's a story on it thus far and the fact how limitted the program actually is..
http://www2.tbo.com/news/politics/2011/aug/24/welfare-drug-testing-yields-2-percent-positive-res-ar-252458/
Now, I am a firm believer (note here, I have been on various forms of aid since June 2009 when my health went downhill.) that anyone, anyone period seeking government aid should receive random and comprehensive drug testing while doing so..including all employees from the Ceo, board, and etc...of those companies who needed and still receive government bailouts (alcohol should be part of this testing), college students receiving grants and financial aid, college staff of those colleges that receive government funds, companies receiving government contracts, and etc... I mean everyone including those who receive disability..now social security, no...that should be done via income..people making millions of years on other retirement plans shuld not be drawing it.
Why do I believe this..well, if you can purchase drugs or alcohol regularly..you do not need aid..so fuck you. Now, a problem with the Florida's Governor's belief... most drugs are not bught by porr people...those are just the ones who are seen busted for them the most and support theirhabiy via crime. Most drugs are taken by middle to upper class individuals...who can afford the habits. Sillicon Valley is known as a money maker..it is also one of the most prized territories for drug dealers...the same for college campusses...Congress and other elected offices. If Congress and other such offices, elected or appointed were held to the same standards that they allow companies to hold amploys too drug and alcohol wise...we'd have a suuden string of empty seats and positions. Ever get randomly tested at work..or tested after an injury at work..who no anyone who has..and failed?
Now//most drugs are not bought by the poor, that's why Florida's result's are showing only 2% have failed and 2% have not finished the application process...so basically thus far 96% of those tested so far are drug free and Florida's savings is only equaling around $5,000 a month...not the millions their rich white governor thought. Now you may say..hey maybe they fooled they test..and yes it is possible..but any masking agents should result in auto failures...and the best agents are touch and go at best..when they are discovered they are also tested for....ask NFL players who end up suspended for it... that's what most get busted for..not actual drugs in the system, but the diuretics and masking agents.
Fact is drugs are expensive...and it is usually the rich who buy and use them..yes, some poor people do, but it is more of a middle to upper class thing...like did you know...joe average is regularly tested going for employment and randomly tested when employed...but police officers, elected officials, head of government agencies, lawyers, judges, prosecuters, doctors, nurses..and most what are considered higher jobs re not tested for drugs...ever...unless something goes wrong. Here, where I live the police are supposedly tested and in the local store where masking agents and cleansers are sold (illegally I might add..yes it is against federal law)..they are the biggest customers. CEO's, board members, and upper corporate afficers, bankers, and etc..are also not tested. here's a side note...what's the most desired drug territory in california..... Sillicon Valley.... that's right. The supposed high tech center of the US..what's next on the list... other places wit major corporate or financial centers. The Seattle Area where Microsoft is located..Dell and Intel HQ in Texas..Blizz HQ in Cali...Wall Street, The Capital Zone in DC, Malibu and where the Rich live in California...South Beach in Miami..so on and etc....Places strangely enough where you do not have rampart drug crimes..because the people there can afford it.
Next most valuable places..around College Campuses..and a note here, these areas are also usually high crime. In Knoxville, the area surroundind UT campus is one of the highest crime areas in the city...this is almost universal and most crime sreolve around drugs..and this holds true even for the Ivy League schools...After that it's areas around hspitals..why? All those interns and nurses working long shifts..the poor welfare areas may have higher crime rates and drug related violence because poor addicts are more prone to pull this shit and street dealers are also more prone to fight over nickles and dimes. Drug dealers do not offer on credit unless they know for sure you are good for it..they want money and know professional's if they don't have it the, they will soon....
Our laws are meant to protect the wealthy and make sure the poor suffer more...look at the tax laws..Warren Buffet pointed out of the 20 people in his office..and he's the only billionaire, he paid 3% less of his income in taxes then anyone else did and even wrote an editorial in the NY Times saying the rich should not eb coddled...back when taxes were higher they invested and made money...so that's bs and the fact is with all Bushes cuts for the wealthy and businesses..less then 1 million jobs have been created...From Reagan to Clinton, when taxes were higher..over 40 million jobs were created. Another Billionaire tried to argue and say he was paying between 60 and 80% of his income in taxes and the response was..if he was he had to be living in Europe somewhere...because the flat out highest percentage is roughly 33%...this is the lies they will tell you to cover the fact they get more for less or nothing.
The rich will fire thousands so it appears their company has made a proffit to keep their stock high..yet at the same report to the IRS they lost money...so they don't have to pay as much taxes. Companies who made money one years and lose it up to five years later can get a tax refund against the money they paid 5 years ago..we can't. They want to deregulate..you know why we have so many regulatory agencies? It started back in the late 1800's early 1900's.. read Upton Sinclair's "In The Jungle" and other expose's of the times. This was started because companies were so greedy they'd kill people, deliver goods that kille people and etc...just for proffit. At one point during the Spanish American war 75% of our troops overseas were ill because of canned meat so tainted it was green and smelled rotten.... meat packers would fall into vats of rendering lard and they'd stay..yep..people were eating rendered humans...so on and so forth. The USDA, FDA, and etc were created then. This was also why Unions were so important..remember businesses at the time would flat out hire thugs to kill union members and many massacres occured...Unions were actually great until theybecame more about money for their officers and the mob insted of the workers.
The nest round of serious regulation was after the stock market crash of 1929...because banks and the market were lying and stealing...what started it..one guy walked into a bank asked for some of his money and the bank realised it had none..they had loaned it all out for fraudalent stock market deals and etc...a note here..the rich of the time actually got richer even during this time. Regulation is mandatory and the sad fact is because of deregulation the current crisis has occurred..congress passed alaw to form an agency to investigate this and regulate all the loopholes found in what came before..because of public outcry..since no head has been named for the agency, it has not been formed, and congress has given it no budget....hmm..they hope we forget.
Note here..the only rich you see busted with drugs are athletes and actors..why? because to the rich these guys are thugs and entertainers..so not part of them... As one Rockefeller said after the assault rifle laws were passed when he got busted for one 'But the law isn't for people like us..'. Now i am all for the death penalty...sorry some crimes are so henious they deserve it, but am against it because it is not applied fairly..it is only used against poor people...when's the last time you saw a rich guy get it or even charged with crimes that would earn a poor man it? Never..and these are the actual criminals because they can afford it...
So yeah, I support drug testing for any and all forms of government, including bail outs, loans from the fed to banks...and also making it mandatory it also includes all segments of the public who usually are not tested but make sure those under them are...this is only fair. I guarentee you hit those with random testing and there will suddenly be a bunch of openings at the top that weren't before.
Now things I do not agree..wealth sharing. Okay..i do not believe because Bill gates may be worth $6 billion we take it from him to a livable level and spread it around..I do believe inherittance wise, it should be taxed the shit out of so those who get a piece of his pie have to work also. I do believe laws should be applied fairly and an age limit set for Judges and term limits for all elected officials and supreme court justices... say two terms and for Justices 8 years...I also believe Supreme Court Rulings obviously politically motivated and not not following actual law or the constitution should result in those who voted for them being forced out of office and a new court implaced to review the case..in fact..an unbiased Court should be made to do this on a regular basis. I believe political lobbyists, action groups, and etc..should be banned. I also believe if congress or the president asks for a study and then decides to ignore the study, they forfeit their jobs..I also believe political parties should be outlawed...they exist for no real reason..why? They often work together in blocks to stop actual real answers to problems.
Those running for office should do so on their ideas and merits..not a party line...because party lines do not always make sense for their constituents.  Congress should also give heed to the presidents agenda..why? He alone of all elected officials is elected by a majority of the country..no other person could claim this...so the people backe dhim and his campaign promises, socongress should support him and unlike what has happened to Obama..where even his own party started stabbing him in the back immediately to build a case for their future presidential run...seriously..they did. If we are going to keep partie, then I believe we should post their record for actually keeing their promises when on campaign...and stop presidential elections..why? We are the only nation on earth who's head of state can be serving over a legislative majority made up of a majority of the other party. ..and this kills me, because they don't get a chance to prove the points they were elected for..yep We Americans are so Fucking retarded we'll elect one guy president and give the other a majority in congress so we basically get 4-8 years of bullshit...then blame that president for our stupidity.
Seriously, all offices should be 4 year terms, 2 terms max that way career politicians who just ride the system are out.... all elections at once...and we decide our executve officers based on who controls a majority of the various legislative branches. We have more republicans in congress..republican president..more democrats..same..a tie, then see who can swing the other parties (there are always some).
I support a Federal graft and corruption agency charged with investigation all offices and agencies for such...and such charges be automatic death penalties...same as for treason. I believe all meetings by public officials be open and honest, especially among industry groups..and those who wish to serve in such capacities, give all monies charity and live on a middle class wage for their service...and only that wage...for life. This includes elected officials..you want an appointed office or elected one, pay the price....this way we can be sure you are not corrupt...even after you retire or are voted out of office..your income stays the same. You can make money lecturing or etc..but cannot take any private sector jobs...associated with your field of service...all your financial accounts should be in the open.
This will alter a lot of how the system fails to work..for instance most people who work for the SEC..end up leaving and working for private companies who's cases they actually oversaw while at the SEC..this is the norm. Most ambassadors, after serving their posts abroad, end up with high paying jobs supported by that country as think tanks and etc..usually in support of working with that country or continueing aid. Note here..all ambassadors make the same base pay...but afterwards the benefits change. Every Ambassador to Saudi Arabia after he has served returned to the US working for   Middle eastern Think Tank sponsored and paid for by the Saudis..at a higher rate of pay then they did as an ambassador....seriously, you think tehse guys do not know this and count on making sure they get a cushy next job.
Same for all the regulatory agencies..their employees leave and work for companies whom they help to avoid fines or actions against...not by actually fixing the problems, by via appeals and aming the system..like telling the guy who followed them.."Shh..I'm gonna retire in afew..you'll be next in line." Supposedly theyhave a set number of years they are not supposed to interact with people..but they do and you know it, if not directly, giving others the information they need...this will also see pork taken out of the budget, see actual progress made on several issues...and open up more streams of government income as those breaking the law end up paying for it...unlike now.
So call your elected officials and push for these reforms, or stop bitching because you keep supporting the assholes who want to see billionaires get richer, banks lie, cheat, and steal, China keep taking more money and jobs, and your children in soup lines eventually....thank about it and stop buying the bullshit they feed you...
